Priscilla Kolibea Mante

Priscilla Kolibea Mante is a Professor of Pharmacology (Neuropharmacology) at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Ghana, where her research focuses on the biology and treatment of central nervous system disorders such as epilepsy, depression, and neuroinflammation.

Her work integrates pharmacology, molecular science, and natural product research to explore new therapeutic pathways, particularly within African medicinal systems. She has also led multiple internationally funded research projects.

Beyond her research, she contributes to global science and policy through roles with the Global Young Academy and UNESCO, while mentoring the next generation of African scientists and promoting equitable approaches to health and innovation.
