Strategic Engagement with University Leadership
Members of the leadership and core team of TEDxUniversityofCapeCoast recently held strategic engagements with key Central Administration Stakeholders of the University of Cape Coast (UCC) as part of preparations for their upcoming TEDx event.
Meeting at the Directorate of Public Affairs
The delegation, led by President and Licensee Tebson Haruna Mohammed and the Event Secretary Maud Mortey, were received at the Directorate of Public Affairs (DPA) by:

University Support and Recognition
At the meeting, Dr. Antwi-Konadu discussed how the TEDx initiative reflects the values and excellence of the University of Cape Coast, which stands as one of Ghana's and West Africa's premier institutions:
He indicated that the University fully supports the team's work and are working on avenues to ensure alignment of goals through the right process. Tebson took the opportunity to introduce the new team to the Acting Director and the protocol presented at the meeting at the office of the Director for Public Affairs, UCC.
Visit to the Design Thinking and Innovation Hub
Following the productive session at the Directorate of Public Affairs, the team proceeded to the Design Thinking and Innovation Hub (D-HUB), University of Cape Coast, where they were warmly welcomed by Dr. Edward Nii Amar Amarteifio, Director of D-HUB.
During this engagement, President Tebson Haruna Mohammed introduced the TEDx team to Dr. Amarteifio, who also serves as Patron of TEDxUniversityofCapeCoast. Dr. Amarteifio offered words of encouragement, strategic advice, and expressed strong support for the team's vision and efforts as they prepare for the upcoming event.
