This theme highlights the importance of individuals leveraging their unique skills, knowledge, ideas and experiences to create meaningful impact. Whether in science, technology, arts, education, or activism, true transformation begins when people commit to excelling in their fields and using their abilities for the greater good.

TEDxUniversityofCapeCoast 2025 explored how individuals, organizations, and communities are making a difference by focusing on what they do best—whether through groundbreaking research, creative expression, entrepreneurship, or social advocacy.

Christian Yiadom Boakye is the founder and CEO of CEQA Foods and Beverages Ghana Ltd, operators of Pizzaman-Chickenman with 90+ outlets. A KNUST Actuarial Science graduate (First Class), he has created 1,000+ jobs and earned numerous awards including NUGS Entrepreneur of the Year (2021, 2022). His business was selected as a Harvard Business School case study in 2023 and 2024.

Jesse Sunkwa-Mills is a Ghanaian filmmaker, animator, and entrepreneur pioneering African storytelling through animation.
